In November 2024, The Nautilus welcomed Chef Pietro Catalano of Switzerland’s renowned CAAA restaurant, together with Elena, for an inspired gastronomic collaboration. Complementing the experience, Elena and Stefania crafted zero-waste cocktails blending Mediterranean, Alpine, and island influences.
