The Nautilus Maldives celebrates the art of chocolate this February with Chef Janice Wong, a world-renowned chef and a multi-award-winning chocolatier. Creating artistic delights, she will open the doors to an immersive experience where you can explore the confections. Take in the chocolate installations, desserts, cakes and more, as our visiting chef creates treats for those with a sweet tooth.

1. A flavourful world of sweet delicacies

Bringing a “Timeless Sweet Experience”, Chef Janice has prepared an assortment of pastries, artistic kaffir lime caramel bon bons and ginger flower pistachio flavoured chocolate amenities – all inspired by the Maldivian shores. A unique sensation of tastes handcrafted to deliver the essence of bohemia. When you dine at Zeytoun, you are in for a treat with a one-of-a-kind dessert served at the 2am:dessert bar. A beautifully crafted signature Nautilus cake will be hand-delivered to those celebrating a special occasion. And for those looking for an immersive experience of the art, Chef Janice invites all to a cocktail jamming session during Nautilus Rising cocktail hour at Naiboli Poolside Bar.
