With the world changing so dramatically around us in recent times, personal wellbeing is at forefront of everyone’s priorities more than ever before. From immunity boosting remedies to anxiety releasing treatments, The Nautilus understands and has taken action to help satisfy the needs of the world’s needs right now.
The new holistic spa treatment selection is the latest initiative from The Nautilus building upon the island’s already established overwater Solasta Spa. With six new curated experiential journeys, The Nautilus invites guests to experience treatments deeply rooted in Taoist principles and embrace physical meditative sensations.
The Nautilus has chosen the month of July 2021 to celebrate this brand-new addition to its already impressive selection of wellness programmes and daily rituals with the following complimentary inclusions for guests staying at The Nautilus within the month of July 2021:
– Daily yoga and mindfulness sessions
– A personalised “Holistic Wellbeing Session” to discuss the guests’ overall health and how guests currently feel in their mind, body and soul. Providing guests with holistic lifestyle advise helping optimise their personal wellbeing
– One treatment chosen together with the holistic spa therapist and based on the guests’ needs from the holistic spa menu to try
– A Healthy Cooking Class with Chef Nalaka with dishes based on Asian superfoods and ingredients selected for their immunity-boosting properties
– Daily immune-boosting beverage based on guests’ needs
Additionally, there will also be a crafted health-focused menu designed by the island’s Executive Chef, Andrea Franceschi, available throughout July on a chargeable basis.
